Qi Gong
Chinese self-healing techniques used to prevent or cure illness and achieve mental clarity, a sense of well being and ultimately longevity. 18 exercises are taught for the purpose of strengthening the body. These exercises were developed by Yun Xiang Tseng, who was trained as a healer at the Wudang mountain in China.
